Junior Account Manager

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team.

We are now looking for an Junior Account Manager to join our team reporting into either an Account Director or Client Services Director.

What will you be doing?

Client servicing – day-to-day delivery of outstanding client service, you will be responsible for developing close, long-term relationships with clients. You will also be the point of contact for client queries and lead weekly status calls where appropriate. You will pro-actively manage projects efficiently, to agreed budgets and timings. In this role you will strive to develop a good understanding of your clients’ brands, their business as well as the products that they market.

Project management – all elements of project management, you will be responsible for producing cost estimates, timing plans and reconciliations, proactively managing creative campaigns from start to finish in line with agreed budgets and timings.

Creative evaluation – you will be required to evaluate creative work against the client brief and on its own merits, providing rationale for your feedback.

Processes – you’ll ensure efficient production processes are implemented, liaising with the Creative Services Manager to book in work and effectively utilise studio time.

Administration – you’ll schedule internal and external meetings, raise invoices for clients and liaise with third parties alongside completing any necessary financial administration tasks such as raising POs and managing budget trackers. You will also produce client case studies for new business presentations.
